    < Former> jQuery 1.8.3, 1.7.2, and 1.6.4 will work.

    Use the old version of jQuery and it will work perfectly fine.

    For JSFiddle, there is no image folder, because you are not looking at images also because of your CSS reference "Picture / Image .png" JSFiddle. Change them to "image.png" and it should work.
