php - Magento CE Customer Groups Changing Not Saving -


In the Magento CE Admin panel, I type customer & gt; Manage Customers

Then tick the selection box in the Customer Line that I want to allocate to a group, then I select 'Assign to a client group' in the 'Action' dropdown above. Select the group and then click on 'Submit'.

Then I had a 'Total Records (Updates)' message displayed above, but the problem is that my client group has not been updated / saved! No errors, but not updated!

I also tried to edit the customer group by editing the client's account information 'group' settings, but the result ?!

I do not know how to solve it

Here the client's group is automatically updating due to the VAT ID. Please select / edit the check box on "Disable disabled group changes based on customer ID" under "Groups", select the drop-down on the customer's details page, click the "Account Information" tab.
