html - What kind of template engine uses double underscore enclosure? -


I was asked to continue & amp; CMS modifies the project which is custom made The code taken from one of the files is given below:

 My question is: <
 
     
  •  Do some types of  attached in double underscores  (like  __ myname __ )  Variable ?  
  •  From where do they get their prices?  
  •  What type of  template engine  uses this format?   
     I searched through the rest of the files, but they could not find the connection between the 'variable' and the data they received. I have to parse the code between some php (regex) scripts / P> 
        
     and replace the token like __% __  
     in php source and in .htaccess
